石川雄介（Yusuke Ishikawa）

地経学研究所欧米グループ研究員補（リサーチ・アソシエイト）兼デジタル・コミュニケーション・オフィサー。専門はハンガリーを中心としたヨーロッパ比較政治、政策過程論、ガバナンス、教育と政治、反汚職政策。シンクタンクのデジタルアウトリーチ推進担当として、オンラインシンポジウムやウェビナーの技術的側面の支援、財団ウェブサイトや SNS （特にYouTube）の活用にかかる企画立案・運営などに関わる業務も担当。

トランスペアレンシー・インターナショナル（TI）ハンガリー支部でのリサーチインターン、アジア・パシフィック・イニシアティブ（API）でのインターン（福島10年検証プロジェクト）及びリサーチ・アシスタント（CPTPP・検証安倍政権プロジェクト）等を経て現職。2024年よりTI本部（ドイツ）のAnti-Corruption Helpdeskの外部寄稿者も務める。明治大学政治経済学部政治学科卒業（学科主席、副総代）、英国サセックス大学大学院汚職とガバナンス専攻修士課程修了（優等修士号）、ハンガリー中央ヨーロッパ大学大学院政治学研究科修士課程修了。高等学校教諭一種免許状（地理歴史、公民）、中学校教諭一種免許状（社会）とTESOL修了証も保持。

PROFILE (in English)

ISHIKAWA Yusuke is a Digital Communication Officer and Research Associate at Asia Pacific Initiative (API), Institute of Geoeconomics (IOG), and Global Council in International House of Japan. Since 2024, he also works remotely as an external contributor for the Anti-Corruption Helpdesk at Transparency International Secretariat (TI-S) in Berlin. His research focuses on (anti-)corruption and democratic backsliding in Europe and beyond. He also coordinates the program for the translation of the book “Critical Review of the Abe Administration: Politics of Conservatism and Realism” (Bungei Shunju, 2022) into English. At API, he previously assisted the Abe administration program and CPTPP program as intern (Oct 2020 – Jan 2021) and research assistant (Jan 2021 – Jun 2022).

Prior to joining API, he worked as a full-time research intern at Transparency International Hungary on a project to measure and interview concerned parties on the transparency of major banks in Hungary. This research was funded by Central European University (ISP Remote Internship Fund). He has also worked as a part-time consultant at Transparency International Defense & Security in the UK for Defense Companies Anti-Corruption Index. He received his BA in Political Science from Meiji University, MA in Corruption and Governance (with Distinction) from the University of Sussex, and another MA in Political Science from Central European University. During his BA and MAs, he also acquired teacher’s licenses in social studies in secondary education and a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Language) certificate.
